require a consultation in order that an accurate quote can

Design Payment Procedure
All Web site design services require an advance payment
of a minimum of 1/3rd of the project quotation total before
work commences. The remaining 2/3 shall be paid as follows:
2nd 1/3rd due upon delivery of the shell of the site (design
and linked navigation, no body content), last 1/3rd due
upon delivery of the site to the virtual URL.
